I always consider and refer to myself as a 'savoury person', so the thought of baking or making sweet treats doesn't usually appeal to me... however, I have recently embarked on a self made life makeover challenge including eating a paleo-based diet (I've documented every day how I feel on my YouTube channel which you can see here).
