This recipe makes enough chips for two people and goes great with some home-made guacamole or as a side with steak or kangaroo! Think healthy pub meal that tastes AMAZING! Ingredients
One medium - large sweet potato (unpeeled) Olive oil Paprika Salt Chilli flakes (optional) Method Preheat oven to 200C and line a baking tray/dish with aluminum foil Cut sweet potato in half, then in half again, and then into thick cut chips Put sweet potato chips into a bowl and drizzle some olive oil, then add paprika, salt and chilli flakes Toss chips to get an even coverage of oil and spices Place chips on tray, skin side up and evenly spaced (not touching each other if possible) Cook for 25 - 30 minutes Enjoy!
